Location, Pricing, and Insurance Information
No Wait - No Prescription Needed
In California, you can start physical therapy without a physician’s prescription thanks to Direct Access laws. This allows you to begin treatment right away. If you need continued care beyond 45 days or 12 visits, a physician’s referral will be required. I typically have appointments available for you this week.

📍 Virtual Sessions – Work with me online from anywhere for Yoga and Wellness Sessions. For Physical Therapy, California residents only.
📍 In-Person (Sebastopol, CA) – Location details provided upon booking.
📍 On-Site Sessions (I Travel to You) – Available for an additional travel fee starting at $25 (varies by distance).

A superbill is provided after each session, which contains the necessary information for insurance reimbursement. You can use this to submit a claim to your insurance company.
