Direct Access to PT
In California, you can start physical therapy without a physician’s prescription thanks to Direct Access laws. This allows you to begin treatment right away. If you need continued care beyond 45 days or 12 visits, a physician’s referral will be required.

📍 In-Person (Sebastopol, CA) – Location details provided upon booking.
📍 On-Site Sessions (I Travel to You) – Available for an additional travel fee starting at $25 (varies by distance).
Physical Therapy for Targeted Rehabilitation
I am an out-of-network provider, which means that you pay for services upfront and can submit your receipts for insurance reimbursement if your insurance plan includes out-of-network physical therapy benefits.

Superbill Provided for Insurance Reimbursement
A superbill is provided after each session, which contains the necessary information for insurance reimbursement. You can use this to submit a claim to your insurance company.

If your insurance plan covers out-of-network physical therapy services, you can submit your superbill to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

Comprehensive Care for Your Long-Term Wellness
I offer specialized services to support your wellness journey, available at a special rate for members of my online and in-person yoga and movement classes. These membership plans provide ongoing support beyond rehabilitation, focusing on injury prevention, movement therapy, and overall well-being.

These membership plans are designed for wellness and preventive services, including personalized exercise programs and functional training. They are not intended for traditional, medically necessary physical therapy treatments.
