Olivia integrates classical Iyengar Yoga with a deep background of physical therapy and dance in her inspiring teaching. She’s generous with her attention, and gives detailed feedback, images, cues, and modifications so everyone can practice well at their own level, develop understanding of their body, and feel good as parts align and fit together. She also creates a warm environment, with gentle humor and the kind of spontaneity and genuineness that come with long experience and devotion to one’s art. I’ve been taking her live interactive zoom classes for years and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Olivia Barry is a phenomenal yoga instructor! I’ve been taking her on-line therapeutic yoga to help with back issues. In the past, I’ve attempted yoga because it’s supposed to be good for me. However, it was frustrating because twisting into a pretzel does not come naturally. Olivia listens; she interacts. She makes yoga fun. Her clear, calm, understandable instructions are helping me to do far more than I ever imagined.
