"Yield" carries two meanings. To yield is to surrender — to stop forcing and let something emerge. A yield is also a harvest — the abundance that follows when conditions are right. This full-day workshop, co-led by physical therapist and yoga teacher Olivia Barry and writer and creativity mentor Will Wheeler, is built around the relationship between those two ideas.
The morning prepares the conditions: yoga and somatic work to settle your nervous system, followed by a deep dive into your own creative process — understanding how it works, what vitalizes it, and how to build a practice that holds up under the pressures of real life. After lunch together, an afternoon session turns to the practical: working with resistance, procrastination, and state management. Then the day…
