In-Person & Online Classes: Join me in Sebastopol or from home. Classes are designed to build strength, stability, and mindfulness through intelligent sequencing and alignment-focused movement.
On-Demand Library: Practice anytime with a growing library of recorded classes, from short, focused sessions to full-length practices.
Private Physical Therapy + Yoga Therapy Sessions: Receive one-on-one care that blends hands-on physical therapy with customized yoga-based movement. Sessions can be in-person or virtual.
Retreats: Step away from daily life to reset and recharge. My retreats offer space to slow down, connect inward, and return to yourself with renewed clarity and vitality.

As a licensed Physical Therapist, certified Yoga Therapist, and long-time yoga teacher, I bring a thoughtful, evidence-informed perspective to every session. My goal is to help you understand your body’s patterns, strengthen where you’re weak, create space where you’re tight, and cultivate movement that supports you in the long run.
